It wold be NICE if there was a Wizard Builder similar to the screen builder. The Wxformbuilder is NIVCE to look at but NOT very intuitive. I cannot find a proper manual and the Youtube vids are not very helpful. Out of focus ,no audio and they try to go at the speed of light with no explannations. Typical of LUA stuff very little docs .

BUT ONCE you spend 4-5 days figuring out the very basics  it is still a lot easy than doing it in Lua from scratch.

Maybe someone here could do a Youtuber and take their time in explaining the basics to create a simple Wizard with bells and whistles.

That would be a big help to all.

Goto top menu bar select OPERATOR then go down to Gcode VAR monitor.   Move the window over to where you want it . On the left input what # var you wish to see . As the #var changes it updates the values

HIYA Steve, Just a suggestion but doing the BoltCirlce Wizard example is the HARD way. I have worked with it and it is a beast.  Do try the WxFormBuilder I think you will like it over the LUA way.

Mach CB is Cypress Basic a laungage like Visual basic. The CB editor is build into Mach3  What you need for screen work would be Mach Screen.

I dought that this is a sotware problem it is very much like a hardware problem Sagging power. Using a SS it was not usefull to swap PCS as the PC does not control the PMW to the Spindle controller the SS does.  DID you check the incoming voltage to the SS. You have very limited power from the PC's USB port. Try supplying power to the SS with an outside power supply.

Have you talked to Greg over at Warp9 to see what he thought ?
