heres a circle rope border that I finally found. its a dxf so you can do anything with it you want. made it in bobcad.

the open areas in the car does not allow the tool path to give you a very good look.

i to am in the same situation. talk to the guy who built and set it up and we are at a dead end. thinking of doing an uninstall and reinstall of mach to see if that will work.kinda frustrating.

you beat me to the response. i got to read in the book and reset the steps, well it took care of the prob. didnt even no it was there. i got this second hand and it was all set up. ran great for couple years and then this happens. so i guess i'll know now how to fix it if it happens again. question is why does it happen in the first place?

well i got the safe Z fixed. did a simple circular pocket in NF .5 dia. 200 deep .1875 endmill. dia. came to .335, .100 in depth.
