If you can handle the shipping cost I'm all yours (these things do get heavy). Always can make something for ya out of HDF. ;)

The Wrap for the totem pole is 60" x 13" x 6" Longest and thickest one I've done, HDF and painted
He wanted the metal pole that held the totem up covered.

I filled between with "Great Stuff" foam, protecting it with 24" wide waxed paper, so the foam would not stick to the HDF inside curve. Then wrapped it with straps till it expanded, conformed to the shape and cured, then removed it and machined the outside to suit. Photo shows the rough cut.

Using latex caulking to hold the wrap in place & to seal it. Again holding it with straps till cured. Fun project  ;D Even got to do some hand painting for effect.

I love the Cup Holder on the gantry upright. :)

the retractable way covers are a nice touch and with the overhead vacuum hose handy. Cuts down on the cleanup time.

Odd looking material you use to hold the Bone. Looks like a Plastic rubberized ooze.

Thanks for sharing, keep up the good work.

I never had luck with the right side of the screen, not a bit of text or graphics, so kind of gave up on it for now.
