Awesome! I could turn that into a wreckage in about half a second :) Looks very nice, thanks for sharing it with us.

Thats the best part about CNC... put in some stock and press run and make replacement parts at the touch of a button. Helps with the learning curve. :D

I make a few RC heli parts myself. You can see them at http://www.alumafx.com

Wow that's impressive. It looks like its build off a Trex 700? Would love to hear more on its specks. You 3D it yet? Any chance of getting the cad files :) Would love to add a bigger heli to my fleet. That thing is a beast!

Maybe you could show me how its done? Basically I will have a universal setup page that sets up the machine, has a material database, units and so on... Then each wizard will be amended to the same file as they are "posted". Basically a type of record function.  I would also like to make the ability to list the steps in your program and erase them if needed.

I was playing with creating a conversational wizard for the lathe. Basically it would work like the newfangled one. You can create a full program by using the individual wizards to build the program. My biggest issue is figuring out how to add to and remove from the teach file. Maybe that is something Scott can help with? The G-code is the easy part for me since I use it everyday on the big toys.

Well I have had it freak out twice on me when using it. Might have been a CSS issue. I will have to try it again and see.

Feed per rev is also broken. Has anyone talked to Brian and got any answers on fixes?

I would say due to the price, this line "If you need other specific type of CNC CAD / CAM software program, message me with the name." and "ITEM IS A COPY" in his feedback.  I would steer clear.

Maybe you can just pull out the scripts from the source and post the source/ screenset?

I am curious how they offer rigid tapping as an option on a mach3 control with a VFD? The specs didn't say much about the machine. I would wanna know if its stepper/servo based. If servo is it brushed or AC. Torrance it will hold etc...Also not sure if you knew or not but it appears this machine requires 3 phase power. i would recommend the full enclosure or a good raincoat if your going to use it with flood coolant. I am not sure what they are charging for this machine but I have seen quite a few older small Haas machines on ebay cheap. Might be worth a look.

Here is an example... seen them cheaper than this in the past and its a ton more machine for the $.
