Hey Russ thanx for the reply: I have got many DXF files that have downloaded free very nice figures can be cut but I just did what you told me and posted a simple scetch on L cam. now what do I do. LOL. hehe you can tel How much I know about l cam now ha? this explains why I call myself the DB.

Hi Tweakie.CNC I cut the G2t2 and it was fine thanks for the favour. I really should learn how to convert DXF files to G code for the mach. Do you have any Idea where can I get some information on that? I appreciate it.

Hey, Hello everyone I am a beginer and don't know how to design and cut. But I have built my machine and got the mach 3. and already cut a scorpian. beatifull. I m a carpenter but not a computer weeeez. LOL. So pleas help, where can I get some ready G code projects to download from and have fun, untill I learn all the tricks of the game. I have a three axis board form "Mechatronics" I have hooked everything up and configured pins and ports accordingly. the board is OK, I haven't shorted out anything but my Y axis doesn't work X and Z work perfectly But the Damb Y is killing me I have tried everything I can think of but not good enough. Hi: I have purchased a "Mechatronic 3 axis bi polar driver" and 3 ( 23KM-K255-P1V ) stepper motors. I have hooked everything up and configured ports with Mach III. everything works except my Y axis. I have checked the chips and fuses. they are all working. The X and Z axis are working OK, But not the Y axis please let me know if you can help. Hi to everyone from California:
I'm new to cnc. Built the machine no problem, I have the softwear and a driver from MECHTRONICS for bi polar motor. I also have 3 bi polar "23KM-K255-P1v motors. I have hooked up everything but can't get the mach 3 mill make my motor move. I load G cods from the wizard just to try the motor and communication. but nothing happens when the program is running. But I also have a cheap program just to make the motor move which does the job. LOL what do I have to do please help: any help is good. Thanx fellows. E mail: frmco@sbcglobal.net
