General Mach Discussion / stepper motors rotates only in one ways

Hello!!
I'm new in this thing..
i bought some 3 axis controler..but i have some problems:
when i test to rotate wint Keys on screen works only on one way :
X works only in -x way
Y works only in -y way
Z works only in -z way
in + ways dont work... why
