Sorry, I think I have the same problem.
Configure the machine to make a big square 150x90, but in doing small 30x30 the result is 29.7 x29, 7

Configured for the correct exit 30x30 small and large is the result of 151x91

This problem is the same as yours. It may be because the PC is slow

My machine is a Zenbot with Mach3

Si estoy de acuerdo con Ernest, en principio es eso Ajustar el paso de los motores.

Por casualidad tengo un problema parecido si Freso un cuadrado de 150x150 me queda exacto de medida, uno de encanvio
28X28 me queda un 27,7 X27, 7 mm a que se debe.

Y cuándo ajusto el paso para que me quede un 28x28 el grande se me Va a 151x151

when programming small pieces (28x28) mm, the end result is a piece of (27.7x27.7) mm. But if the piece is large (150x150) mm, the end is accurate result (150x150) mm.
anyone knows what happens?

I modified the acceleration ramps and not get any results.
