What precision can I get fiberglass milling 1.5 mm with a 1mm drill?
You can make the 0.05mm

Hola:

Alguien tiene una CNC Zenbot+Mach3. A poder ser en mm.

Tengo verdaderos problemas de ajuste. No consigo que mantenga la proporcion de los fresados. programo un cuadrado pequeño de 28x28 y otro grande de 140x90.

- O bien me da 27,7x27,7mm vs 140x90 exacto.
- O bien 28x28 mm exacto vs 142x91.

Modificando el paso de los motores y el kernel y no obtengo mejoras

when programming small pieces (28x28) mm, the end result is a piece of (27.7x27.7) mm. But if the piece is large (150x150) mm, the end is accurate result (150x150) mm.
anyone knows what happens?

I modified the acceleration ramps and not get any results.
