Sounds very much like the tool pulling slightly out of its collet as Steve suggests.  What tool+collet are you using, and what material?

Hello, can someone tell me when all of a sudden when I'm cutting on my cnc machine that the machine seems that it's changing its zero setting and cutting deeper. destroying the project that I'm working on. thanks for your help.

Can you actually see the Z DRO setting change when this happens?

What do you mean by port 3?  Looks like your motion card is a USB type?  Or if parallel port maybe you should select port 1?

By " number of turns " do you mean the rpm?  How do you generate your index pulse?  If the drive is under manual control have you clicked "Spindle" 3rd to the right of RESET?  I had problems initially until I discovered that if I didn't do this the controller thought the spindle was stopped.  Also under config\ports&pins\Spindle setup I think you need to check the "use spindle feedback in sync mode" checkbox.

Is this M3 or M4?  And what do you mean by "keyboard inputs"?

I use M3 running on a Win10 mini-box PC with USB/UC100 motion controllers to control both my lathe and mill and they have quite separate profiles and I had no issues of one changing the other.

I followed all steps on this video (https://youtu.be/ehlgOhsmGAI), but when it try to run spindle from MACH3 it always run a high speed witch is I put on PD073, and I can decreasing it.
 can any one help me with that?

Without more information on your hardware set-up and system configuration it's very hard to diagnose any problem!
