I have installed the plugin and buttons work fine, but joystick moves in steps only. I can't get continuous jogging to work. I'm pressing SL and joystick. Any insight?

I have installed the joy pad plug-in, with the Logitech attack three joystick. I can get incremental movement on the joysticks but not continuous. The manual says: "To switch to continuous jogging just release the Alt button and use Safety button
instead." This doesn't work for me. I need some help to activate continuous jogging with the joystick.

Ajax is dead to me.
I shut everything off, and restarted, and I think I'm good. I'm hoping thing will stay well. It was very wierd.
