SmoothStepper USB / USB SS LPT no work well
« on: December 01, 2014, 12:29:44 PM »
Hi,

I'm using the USB SS with the latest versions SmoothStepperUSBDriver2.08.30 and SmoothStepper_v17fe and use mach3 .040. I use it on cnc lathe and interpolation work well with pins 2, 3, 6, 7 of LPT1. I have the OPC3(LPT1_17), OPC4(LPT2_1), OPC5(LPT2_14) outputs written on the M3, M4, M6Start macros. but not working correctly, sometimes not change the tool or does not give the correct code tool.

When I take the .xml and three macros to another PC using two native LPT works correctly.

This is Incompatibility versions, or should I make some adjustment to work with these macros.

best regards

Mach Screens / Z axis no move with keyboard
« on: September 27, 2013, 02:12:35 PM »
Hi, now i can better manage the screen, I've done a proprietary design. I have a problem, i placed two bitmat buttom with OEM codes (311 Z+) and (312 Z-) and work well when i click on the figure, but at the keyboard no work. I'm going to Config-System Hotkeys setting the two keys but neither work.

Something will be missing?

thanks

VB and the development of wizards / Re: DRO external visualization

Hello, can i modify the value of INDEX? This is for measurement rpm, then i would do

angle=(rpm-1500)*0.02;

Of this form i can obtain -30 a 30 DRO.

thanks

Hi, i use a ADC converter in my PLC to measure the angle of the blade, the PLC can send a signal to mach of PWM or variable frequency proportional to the angle of the blade.

For example, the PLC sends to mach a PWM of 50% for 0°, 100% for 30° and 0% for -30°.

My problem is how to visualize this angle.

thanks.

Hello, would display the angle of a blade of a cutter foam, this varies from -30 to 30 degrees. The PLC can send a PWM or variable frequency proportional to the angle. My problem is how i can use a DRO to see this angle.

I could use the RPM DRO but this is on another scale.

I can use a DRO with my settings, or how could see this angle?.

thanks

I place first the LED, in property (green) (Flash this Led When active) and (Estop), then put bitmat buttom properties (RESET) and placed a photo .png file, however the LED continues hidden the figure.

I open the 1024.set, and i see the button CycleStart with extension. jpg, and LED green, i try make cyclestart button in the same way, but the LED continue hiding .jpg image.

I charge 1024.set and see the LED only latches on the sides of the rectangle, not the entire area, i still can not do this. what lack?

thanks,
Renato

thanks, now i can move the DROs, both as JogON/OFF and Estop enable these.

To create the RESET, first put a green LED and active (green) and (Flash this LED when active), after create a Bitmap button then double click active (RESET) and put the link of the photo. However, the LED covers the entire RESET button with a dark green color.

As I can do to make the RESET is always visible? and also with the click sound?

thanks

Screen designer tips and tutorials / DROs, first screen
« on: September 03, 2013, 01:31:48 PM »
I'm using the Mach3Screen, with three DROs for XYZ axes. I place, the dimensioned and lined up, I double click and put X position, Y position and Z position respectively and saved the file as mypantalla.set in C:\mach3.

I carry my screen with View-loadscreen and pressed the arrow keys but the indicators remain static.

I also tried to change the resolution of the screen opening Mach3ScreenTweak_Open.set_ControlEdit and the resolution is 640x480, try changing it to 1024x768 and rescale_close but not accepted.

I'm doing wrong?

thanks
