General Mach Discussion / Couple of questions about loading GCode

Working on 'dummy' proofing a new Mach3 powered VMC.  I'm making screens so that the operator wont see GCode or any axis DROS.  Basically, trying to prevent human error on the operators part.  We have many problems with operators changing code on other machines in the factory.

Is there a way to have Mach load a certain gcode file automatically when the software starts?  Once set up this machine will not be running anything else except the occasional ball bar.

Long time lurker, now have a few questions.  I've been around Mach and the site for some time now.  Decided it's time to start posting.  I've got a mach retrofit in process at home (Supermax YCM40) and will be working with a new Mach powered machine at work in the near future.  At home I'm hoping to be making all kinds of parts for my various "work in progress" projects.  As money/time allows.  At work I'm a New Product engineer at a firearms manufacturer.

I'm now working  on a screen for the machine at work, need to 'dummy' proof the operation and have a couple of questions.
