SmoothStepper USB / smoothstepper and dmm breakout board

I'm using the SS plugin v015ogx2 and my BB is the DMB3621-4A and everything is working well.
If you can work with the LPT port, should work with the SS.
Maybe you can try with a lockdown plugin.
My driver for SS is v2.08.20
If you go to Plugin Control, SmoothStepper Data Monitoring. Are Sequence ID and Device Time data changing?
Do you have in Plugin Control, SmoothStepper ****************** Config, activated the output mode in Step and Direction?
My EStop is on pin 10 with active low activated

DMM has two BB. Which one are you using?

What plugin version do you have installed? And Mach3 version?

I just finished my new router with DMM servos and SS, everything is working well.

You should use an output of the BOB with a relay to start and stop, I explained it in this post.

Security is very important for CNC routers.

This is my second router and I didn't have this problem with a different BOB. I'm going to use a different BOB and of course a charge pump but C10 with Smootstepper is not working well.

This new router is working with servos and a little fast, 13500mm/min so I want electronics that work well. I wanted to use the C10 like a second BOB to have some more inputs and outputs.

I can't find that video, I'm very curious now.

I reply to myself!!

Its working well, now I'm using the plugin controlling the speed by RS-485 communication and the inputs to start and stop the spindle with an output of the breakout board that is connected to a relay board.

I use the NO contact of the relay to start and stop the spindle so now it stops with an external e-stop and a limit switch.

I can control the speed and see the RPM and current.

Today I was checking a few things.

My new machine is not finished so I'm doing some things. I was testing with the proximity sensors and one plate had a little bit of movement so maybe the sensor was detecting twice or more times.

I think it was the problem because after tighten the screws of the plate for sensor, I don't have that problem and when it's detecting, I have to reset only once.
