General Mach Discussion / Jogging buttons in Mach3

Hi.

   I have the demo of Mach3, however I don't see the jogging control panel (continuous/increment, step size, jog speed etc) like in Mach2. Do these appear in the release version or are they hidden away somewhere in the program?

General Mach Discussion / Mach3 Demo - printer port working?

Hi,

     Currently have Mach2 and am trying out Mach3 demo prior to buying. Could anyone tell me if the demo of Mach3 will actually control stuff through the printer port or can it only simulate running programs? I'm not getting any pulses on the port.

General Mach Discussion / Trouble with Mach2

Hello,

I recently bought Mach2 to control a CNC router. The computer I'm trying to use has the following specs:

300MHz AMD-K6 processor
60MB RAM
BIOS: Phoenix 6.00 29/06/1998
3.8GB HDD
Windows XP Professional (yes, it actually runs WinXP!)

I managed to get the software kind-of running by using the driver with no APIC. However, after the Mach2 splash screen, the program just hangs. Sometimes it gets to the main control screen but all the LED's are lit up and the thing hangs.

Any suggestions please? Or is it just because I'm trying to run it on a stone-age machine?
