Bargain Basement / 3 axis controller, custom build

Built controller box to run a custom CNC machine which has only ran for a few hours.  Cannot sell and ship complete machine so I am parting it out.

Enclose consists of the following:

110VAC power input
48VDC power supply (motor supply)
Additional 5/24VDC power supplies for home inputs and Dynomotion controller
Dynomotion KFlop/KAnalog controller
Gecko G203V Digital Step Drives x 3
Inputs for XYZ home proximity switches (24VDC)
Touch plate prewired
Dual relay outputs (configured for 110VAC loads, each with a 5 amp fuse)
External E-Stop
Four additional external buttons can configure/wire for run, pause, etc.

(Controller, Stepper drives and relay card are brand new)

500.00 + 80.00 (to cover UPS ground and shipping supplies + paypal fees)

Additional 100.00
Dell laptop running windows XP with Mach3 and Kmotion installed and configured to run above controller.  You will need to supply mach3 license.

I posted a picture of the complete machine just to give an idea.

Are you still looking?  I have a complete 3 axis control box that I am getting ready to post for sale.  Price for the complete box is the same as a new Kflop+ kanalog and contains a new set of dynomotion boards.  Let me know if interested.

PoKeys / Re: PoKeys Version 10.0 plugin released!!!

maybe i am missing something but i downloaded the latest plugin and firmware for the pokeys.  i connected 4x20 lcd screen and everything seems to work well except the lcd back light control.  In the plugin (v10) i check to use the LCD LED back light control and set my slider but no change.  The PWM options window states to use pin 22 for this feature and 21 for the Text (not using this feature though).  When I connect with the Pokeys55 software pins 20 and 21 have been enabled for PWM output.  Looks kinda like the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing

For a work around I am using the Text Contrast control to set the LCD back light level on pin 21.

Finished Plugins for Download / Re: Free USB JoyPad plugin

This plugin seems to work really well in PP mode.  Would it be possible to update it to work with the smoothstepper?  The buttons work but not the dual joysticks.
