$630. not bad. but 600mw?  vinyl cutting or etching only i suppose? 500 mw was not enough for me to blow thru more than 0.4mm of black vinyl.

Sods law on things going wrong.. if it can it will.

heres a little photo pictorial on how NOT to do a plug 5 sided cut...

and yes.. that is PlayDough jammed in there to stabilize the piece after i realized there was not enough support...

and this one.

interesting one this, some 2 sided in the trillions, 3 sided in the shank, and 5 sided plug cutting for the head.

cut the trillions with the flip portion of the shank and separated out.

the 5 sided plug method was nice, i love the accuracy of my mill and the ease that mach gives me for controlling Z and X with offsets.

all the parts are keyed to lock into each other after casting, see last image for the keys in the shank to take the trillion settings etc
