firefox keeps locking up in Vista64 for me.. IE8 64bit has no flash and all IE32 periodically looses access to the web.. sooooooooooooooo my solution is a 64bit VM running xp pro and everything works hunky dory in that! i set a snapshot after full install of all my favourite stuff and periodically i jump back to that snapshot jsut to confuse all the cookies and tracking crod that all these website leave on my pc.

install peerguardian2 on your pc and see what your browsers are doing behind your back.. you may freak out and chop up your router and wear tinfoil hats and point at the sky .. live in a caravan eating twinkies....

just rechecked. not actually in one quadrants at all, was the angle threw me off.. all the code is on the same line .. kinda like no rotary code is being processed at all...

nope

Z zero is at rotary centre ?

i got ver 1.2, the free one, maybe it cant do rotary?

i get exactly the opposite, my Mach display works great and ncplot gives me my entire rotary path squashed into one quadrant.. unfortunately turning on machs toolpath display with rotary tool paths is instant death for my job lol...

ok so if this application cant do arc fitting can i get another application to do this? can i buy a backplotter/arc fitter application for example?

anyone got an idea of something that does that. the reason i ask this is because while this application does not have arcs it has a supremely programmable interface allowing me to automate path generation significantly.. if i have to add another step to arc fit im happy to do it.

two guys have tested that code and apparently not had issues.. they both have ballscrews with half the tpi of my mill so half the work to get the same distance. i may try reducing my microstepping from 10 to 5 to equal their machines..

last resort...
