General Mach Discussion / No Motor movement with Townlabs TL518er

Hello I am a newbie. Any help will be greatly appreciated. I have loaded the demo of Mach 3 and my machine builders configuration file. When I load mach I get  message at the bottom " No shuttle detected of type selected" Any ideas? Thanks
