I thought it had a fanuc 6TA control but looking at the Z axis motor I don't think so, is it a Yasnac?
Spent the last 30 years working on Mori's and the like, no yasnacs up here in Canada. Have lots of info. Do you have drawings?
This is the Cadillac of machine tools.

Need somebody to look at my plugins. I just bought 2 ShuttleRU LCD pendants from Andrey in Russia. Andrey said he used the Pro shuttle plugin except for the LCD and they work fine with Mach3, well on my desktop computer, but will not work on my test machine which I am running servo's and DSPMC. All the buttons work and the inner ring for step function, but the outer jog ring doesn't work until I remove DSPMC plugin, then the outer ring works. There must be a conflict between the Shuttle plugin in and the DSPMC plugin.
I don't even know how to post the plugins on this forum. The Pro shuttle plugin in on the plugin downloads.
Rufi at Vital systems doesn't understand and with Andrey with have language problem.

Just bought 2 ShuttleRU_LCD pendants from Andrey in Russia, he said the plugin is based on the Shuttle pro except for the LCD.
On Mach3 on my desktop all the functions work. I set up the buttons and the inner ring goes through the step functions good and the outer ring starts of at a slow jog and increases to a fast jog.
When I install on my machine (not using steppers but DSPMC) everything works except the jog outer ring, when I remove DSPMC and just run Mach 3 on the computer the Shuttle works fine, any help would be appreciated.

Update... I just reloaded 043.022 and now the outer wheel on the shuttle works... I always thought it was just me and PC's didn't get along but now I know it's the PC's.

Should I write over the 043.022 with the old 2.63 or should I delete everything off my computer and load 2.63, but I don't want to loose all my setting. Any recommendations, I have spent too many hours so far trying to make the Shuttle outer ring work..

I just scrapped a mori SL3 and didn't take the through cylinder off..I did take the 10" hydraulic chuck off it. I am now trying again to run the Fanuc motors and drives but it's a hard slog. I tried last last year until my 3-1 Fanuc drive crapped out ( $2,000) repair bill, then I found out from Machmotion the first generation DSPMC was the problem.
I haven't found anybody as of yet that has used Fanuc, even machmotion haven't tried Fanuc.
I hope Piv's machine works because I have lots of customers with old Mori's. I still have have info for the old Mori's and sent Piv the electrical drawings for a 1977 TL5. I started servicing them in 1980 here in Canada after emigrating from the UK.

Message for Hood and PIV. Don't know if Hood's machine has a hydraulic Chuck and actuator but we used to put front actuated air chucks from SMW on the Mori TL5's to gain an extra .5" dia, by removing the draw tube.

General Mach Discussion / Shuttle RU pendant help

Does anybody have the Shuttle RU pendant from Andrey in Russia. I just bought one and it works except for the outer ring, it doesn't do anything, I think it is for the slow/fast jog. I am having a few problems with the language barrier between Andrey and myself.
I set up the the buttons on the plug in screen and they all work, Andrey said I don't have to setup the wheels but I was wondering if i have to set anything in the Mach3.
