What happens if you swap the step and direction pins of the z and say x axis in the port and pins configuration? Does the error switch to the x axis then?

Is the "Use init string on ALL reset" supposed to be checked? The init string is G80.
If not checked the G80 in mode line changes to G1 when resetting interpreter, when checked the G1 changes back to G80 when resetting E-stop.

What is an Interp(reter)?

It is a button in the Setting screen whitch is labeled "Reset Interp". What is the function of this button?

What make of VFD do you have? It should be possible to adjust the accel parameters in the VFD as long as the signal isn't too unstable.

It has probably been mentioned before, but the backclash compensation is turned off?

Have you tried the test I suggested in reply # 22?

That little test should say something about the hardwire and calibration issues.
Run the last cut in the same direction as you do when you'r pocketing the final small diameter cut.

Try OEM 817

OEM 817 is Spindle Requested DRO. Is this related to the CV settings?
