hi guys
i have a milling with a 16 atc carousel and my problem is that when i reboot mach3 the tool go to position 1 cause the brain is sending this to the plc via modbus
so i always have to rotate to tool 1 before i turn off the computer  or mach3
how i can resolve this ???

where are you homeing in my plasma that i make i always home in the lower left corner on the x,y ,
about the step velocity ecc first you have to give us more info like gears on motor racks pith the most important is when the motor turns 1 revolution how much distance the machine travel ?
in mach 3 settings page there is a button that is AXIS CALIBRATION  you can adjust your machine from there also
about the torch you have to adjust the torch volts and also you have a torch floting head so the machine will touch the plate first and then will fire after it will adjust it self by the torch volts

i notice that in mach3 turn when i bup up the feed rate while it is in g1 it will set after a g0 do you know why ?

No FRO on Queue option set?

i did try it but with no luck the only thing that i set was (look ahead 20lines) i adjust it to 1 and then after that code line it will bup up but you still have to wait for the other line then

yes you might be wright
im just exploring the mastercam it is a bit complicated compare to the lazy turn but it is a verry good cam and also i need to practice alot

belive it or not now it is posting in diameter and it is a fanuc prosesor and mach3 is fine with it 
but dont ask me what i did cause i dont know
do you use mastercam to generate gcode?
