My motors work for about 15 seconds then the pulse frequency drops from @29000 to 1000 and is erratic from there. Windows XP.

When I reboot my computer mach 3 will move my router normal for about 15 seconds. Then it stops moving. motors make noise but little or no movement.

I think I figured my problem. Loose wires on control box.

It runs fine for a few runs and then it goes crazy. I run one piece and then the next same piece dives down. The code looks right.

I write the g-code with BOBCAD and when I try to run it with MAZCH3 it goes to the start point and dives deep into the material.
Any ideas why?

How do I do that. I am very green when it comes to this. My machine worked fine from the factoru but now screws up all the time.
I am running Mach 3 version 2.00.065 if that helps.

The motors on my machine move in spurts if at all. If I uninstall and reinstall Mach3 they will work for 5-10 minutes. What is causing this?
