tried that the cut quality was the same if i do it in lazy cam or sheet cam .. but today i had a tech come in and look at the machine to make sure that nothing was wrong with the plasma cutter .. we tried something we slowd it to 39 ipm and it looked great i will post a pic here in a min .. but know the circles arent't so pretty i am doing a lead in and lead out using arc any othe  ideals i treid using no lead in and just a lead out .. and vice versa

and i have  loosen the bolts to the trannys and re tightened them back up like i was told from ez-router.. thanks for all the help so far guys

yeah i droped the speed down from 140 ipm to 110 ipm on some 3/16" running 80 amp consumbles at 90 amps (per ez-router) .. i have even tried it a lil faster with the same results .. i am worried it might be the cpu beacuse this problem didn't start untill i got sheetcam to talk to mach3 .. when i was writing code using lazy cam mill it ran fine .. just took forever to write the code after drawing the part..... ??? ???
i just dont know what to do know. out of ideals

ok i was using the 5x5c-plasma-c .... but i swithched on friday to the 1390 it seems to alot better... but the veins are still there not as bad though

i use sheet cam to generate the tap file or the g-code..i know it runs completly with out stops .. is that what u mean or within the code turns off and on ??? ???...

i will post a pic on monday and code .. i was able to try a different profile and the cut quailty was better but not where it was ..but i will post pics and the tap file is that ok?
