The motion synchronized outputs are not supported, but we are working on bringing THC to Mach3. The implementation is mostly ready, but a lot of testing is still needed.

PoKeys / Re: Pokeys57CNC Strange Jogging Behaviour

This should have been resolved in one of the last plugin versions. Previously, the device was left with invalid deceleration values setup after homing was completed.

PoKeys / Re: Problems to use Mach4 Outputs.
« on: October 23, 2016, 01:28:05 AM »
Do not use PoKeys configuration software for setup with Mach3 or Mach4! The plugin will configure everything (except for PoNET devices discovery that must be done in PoKeys software).

In Mach4, use Mach's Input/Output mapping dialog, where the signal can be selected as ActiveLow. We will check why the Invert option in the pin configuration is not working.

PoKeys / Re: 5th and 6th axis with Pokeys 57cnc and Mach3?
« on: October 23, 2016, 01:25:49 AM »
We now have a test version of the new Mach3 plugin with 6 axes supported. It will be released in a matter of a week or so after doing more tests.

PoKeys / Re: Changing Charge Pump frequency
« on: October 23, 2016, 01:24:48 AM »
Unfortunately, not. It is generated in a complex routine that runs at 10 kHz. Most charge-pump controllers will be 'satisfied' with 5 kHz, some very delicate will have problems.

PoKeys / Re: Analog Device for Feed Rate Override on Pokeys57CNC
« on: October 23, 2016, 01:23:47 AM »
Analog inputs are available for this purpose - voltage range is 0 to 3.3V.

In Mach4, the analog inputs map directly to registers, that are accessible via LUA script to do anything. There is a blog article on how to use it for FRO.
In Mach3, analog inputs can be mapped directly to DROs in the settings with selectable gain.

In the user manual for PoKeys57CNC - pages 9 and 10.

Hi, Dan

Pin numbers are indicated on the pinout diagram of the PoKeys57CNC device. Search for 'PoKeys pin' blocks in the diagram and you will find pin numbers.

As I already responded in the same message on the ticketing system, we are sorry for your lost workpieces.

As noted there, we will be doing a test procedure to try to replicate the jogging problems you have to avoid having such issues in the future. As was in the past, all issues that we are able to replicate are solved ASAP.

PoKeys / Re: PoIL and Mach4 plugin

You can use the shared slot communication support - this way you can communicate between Mach4 and PoBlocks project. In Mach4, enable shared slot support in the plugin settings and in PoBlocks use either the dedicated shared data blocks or share the port of an existing one. In LUA, registers can be accessed as 'PoIL shared #num'.
