Hi, CharlyMai

Scroll to the end of the list in the 'Mapping' section of the settings. You will find Pulse engine related outputs there. See our blog post on that: http://blog.poscope.com/pokeys57cnc-pinout-explained/

PoKeys / Re: Pokeys 57E w/ M16 BOB Limit Switch Wiring Question
« on: February 25, 2017, 01:36:48 AM »
PoKeys devices use active-low state for the inputs (all have pull-up resistors). So, switches and other sensors must be connected in such a way that they make a contact between the input and the GND.

PoKeys / Re: PoKeys57CNC and external sensors?

As Max pointed out, most users won't be using sensors values at all, so there was no real necessity to support them directly.
Since Mach4 can communicate with the PoIL diagram (created using PoBlocks and run in the device), one can read the sensors in PoBlocks and forward them to Mach3 via 'PoIL shared slots'.

You can use any free pin you want or relays. See the pinout diagram for PoKeys57CNC.
Otherwise, the procedure is the same, so yes, you have to map them as with 57E.

The analog output is galvanically isolated and can handle limited amount of current (<50 mA). Check the input impedance of the VFD's analog input.

Update to the last Mach4 plugin. There was an important fix for that. See this blog post: http://blog.poscope.com/updated-pokeys-plugin-mach4-released/

Check the DIR+ and DIR- connections.

I would strongly suggest to wire PUL+ and DIR+ to step and dir pins on the motor connector and PUL-/DIR- to GND on the motor connector.

Is motor hard (or impossible) to turn by hand?

These LEDs signal the state of the outputs (step and dir).

Did you setup the SpindleOn signal in Mach4's Output signals settings to use that output pin?
