Based on the old version of the original Mach3, I assume that it was using the old plugin for Mach3 (written by Scott). Do you have any screenshots of the plugin settings?

Hi, Josef

I received your email, but unfortunately, we can not find anything wrong with your configuration.

The version v3.043.066 is one of the latest and should be fine.

Please do the following:
- Connect to PoKeys device using PoKeys software and execute Device -> Clear settings
- delete PoKeys plugin configuration file (C:\Documents and settings\<username>\Local Settings\Application Data\PoKeysMachConfig.xml)
- move Mach3 folder and reinstall it from scratch - no optimizations are necessary

When Mach3 starts, PoKeys should not generate any step pulses (especially not in emergency mode).

It appears that something is overwriting the same OEM DRO as PoKeys. Have you configured anything else?

Do the values jump up and down when the encoders are stationary or when these are moved?

First check that you are running the latest Mach3 version available.

If you are using the latest version already, please export your PoKeys plugin configuration (if possible, latest version) and send it over to matevz@poscope.com for us to look at.

Unfortunately, Shuttle mode is not supported. PoLabs hasn't received any information from Artsoft on how to implement support for it.
Use normal MPG mode for jogging.

edit: in other topic you are mentioning you are using UC100... is this true here also? Mach3 has very basic MPG jogging support that does not work properly. Does UC100 have its own MPG jogging procedures?

Select 'Map to DRO in %', select DRO 817 and set the multiplier to the proper value. If multiplier is set to 1, DRO value of 100 will cause PoKeys to output 100% duty cycle.

Unfortunately, spindle speed readout is not supported.
