Hi, Bill

Reduce the Velocity and Acceleration some for the X axis, Velocity is used as your top Feed-rate Rapid G00 moves.

Have you checked the Gecko's manual for jumpers and adjustment's for large steppers.

Hope this Helps, Chip

Hi, Guy's

Both of you seem to have similar problem's hear, Lets review some.

Have you tried Sherline 1\2 pulss Mode, In Ports Pins first page. (Gives longer pulse's)

Have you tried Changing Dir/Step Low-Active State's, Should be all the same Ether "Check" or "X".

(If an Axis runs backwards use Homing/Limits "Reversed" for the axis)

Are your Steppers 6 or 8 Wire, You may have a Coil winding reversed, Will Cause a Tic Tic Tic sound.

Please Review, Chip

Hi, RC

Now if we could just (only) keep it all sorted.

The gear program has some further things/issues to sort out, I think.

Thanks, Chip

Hi, Jim

Yes, You should be able to do the Tab-ing, I think you have broken line segments in some of your cut-outs, I'll take a look.

As far as the splines hears the dxf for above pic, In my cad there short line segments, I think.

Thanks, Chip
