Hi, Mike

Your corel dxf export is dropping some lines, When I loaded it in BobCad it missed some more lines.

Replaced the text with BobCad ver. 22 text below.

Hope this Helps, Chip

Hi, Pagrosse

The problem your having is your cut off layer line is being treated as a entity by LCam, It's on top of your bracket pattern.

Look at the dxf below, I made a separate line for your cut off, Just off-set it for your cutoff.

Hope this Helps, Chip

Hi, Wil tower

Just a couple of Notes:

Not all printer ports and cables use all the 18-25 pin's, If your using your own connector, Bridge solder 18-25 and attach your Gnd. wire.

In Config, General Config, Top right side, You may need a De-Bounce value of 1000 - 2000 for Switch bounce or Noise issues.

Thanks, Chip

Hi, Mr.Chips

On the Program Run screen is the Feedrate set to 6.0 now, That may be whats going on, Mach defaults to that speed  unless you put a F### speed in Config, General Config settings Page.

Try a MDI line move G00 X2 on your MDI screen, Should move at your Velocity setting speed.

Hope this Helps, Chip

To: Post your G-code File

If you have a Standard Install of Mach you'll find the File in C:\Mach3\Gcode folder.

Use the "REPLY" Button then Attachment Options, "Browse" to C:\Mach3\Gcode and find the file, Double click on it and Post.

Hope this Helps, Chip

Hi, Jim

Can you say "Bata Version", Don't now, I'd say do all your Tab's last.

You can save a finished LCAM file with File, Save As lcam, Dont now whether it will save Tab's though.

Brian's tied up now with some Mach3 issues, As soon as there done he's going to work on LCam some more.

Hope this Helps, Chip

General Mach Discussion / Re: Installation hangs

Hi, Randy

I have downloaded/installed both of them recently and had no problem at all.

Every once in awhile I've had a bad download also.

CPU % on install always run high hear, As with other programs 99-100 % with no lockup or problem.

Maybe try downloading to another computer and put the Install on a Mem-Stick.

Not Much Help Hear, I now.

Thanks, Chip
