Mr.Chips

Are the step/dir Low actives set the same as your X axis in Ports & pins ?

Maybe this board is wear-ed, Try changing the dir Low actives for Y, Z to opposite state

Lost your Phone # give me a call.

Thanks, Chip

Mr.Chips

Check at the printer port, If it's good, Check at the Stepper Control board, If it's good there to, It's your stepper board.

If it's not good at the Stepper Control board, It would be ether your wiring or brake-out board.

Thanks, Chip

Hi, Dnorton77

It may be a bouncy switch or noise, Whats your De-Bounce setting in Config, General Configuration Screen, Top right.

Try increasing it to 1000 - 2000, See if that helps.

Check your wiring, Made any changes recently.

The "but it is a 50 50 chance", Get a Double Headed Quarter, That will improve your Odds ?

Hope this Helps, Chip

Hi, Asparaguy

You need a Step/Dir to 10 + - Volt Board, Hears a tester you can make.

Zero the volts before hooking it up to your servos + - leads, It will let you test them, Disconnect batteries when not being used.

Your "Step/Dir to 10 + - Volt Board" will need an Encoder input, From your servo amp or a separate Encoder.

Hope this Helps, Chip

Hi, Mike

I loaded it into 3 different Cad's, All had issues.

Try to export in different dxf file types from your corel program.

Check the wed for free dxf viewer's or cad programs

Thanks, Chip
