General Mach Discussion / Re: Version 3.042.003 Ready for testing.

Hi, Bill

There is another issue also, Goes back quite awhile.

If you load a file with larger Program Extents and then load a smaller file, The Program Extents don't update properly, Needing an additional Regen for a proper size view, Smaller to bigger works fine.

In 3.042.004, Looks like Program Extents is using/picking up the Arc in N200 G3  X0.2156  Y-0.0004  I0.2845  J-0.0004 in some way.

In Lathe Mode, The Stock Size with Front Tool Position selected, Isen't displaying properly eather.

Just little issues to deal with, Tool Path View is on a list for update, I Think !.

Hi, Ostie01

Set your "Step/Dir Pulses" to 5 in Motor Tuning, CP -,  CW -, to P-Port Gnd. and CP +,  CW + to Step, Direction pin's.

Set your Steps Per to 2000 , Velocity to 20, Accl to 5, for a Test, Have some similar to these.

Hope this Helps, Chip

Hi, Skartalov

Loaded your file, Clean, Optimize, Set the short lines to a New layer "#2", Set Outer Box to New layer "#3".

Offset didn't work very well, So I set the text and short lines to .030 Depth and the box to .100.

You should be able to cut this with a engraving type tool, Pointy end cutter.

Hera's a G-code and .LCAM file to look at.

Hope this Helps, Chip

Hi, Stingray67

You need to move all common "Depth Cut (Chan's)"  to a New Layer, Then Apply Depth's to each Layer.

Hi, Greg

Hears a Manual for your Drive, DZB 100 series, It's a little older than your exact drive DZB 100H0022H2DK.

Good to hear you got it going.

Thanks, Chip

Hi, BWP

You need to be careful some of those machines didn't have a proper "Grounding".

Your spindle motor control is a single phase to 3 phase, Variable Frequency Drive "VFD".

The Board on the door is a Brake Out Board "BOB".

Post the Part Number and other info on the motor control "VFD", I may have a Book on it in a PDF file.

If you live in the US, PM your Phone # (Click on my user name), I'll give you a call, Do you use Skype (Internet Phone)
