Hi, Art

Went back to an earlier version where -Y was allowed, Hears a Inside profile that looks pretty good.

It really needs to post in X+ to be cut by std. boring bar and std. chuck rotation for most users.

Any chance of allowing zero <= -.0001 quadrant again for testing ?

Thanks, Chip

Hi, Rich

It's Not that I can't save a File, It's just, It's A Gigantic Pain in the Butt,

It worked just fine in 3 early er Versions in Pic below and created the File with ought the need for all the Extra Steps.

There may be a Technical Reason, I just don't see it, Adding back in a Few lines of Code, By Art.

Eliminating the need for the Extra Steps for All the Tester's Hear.

Thanks, Chip

Hi, Darek

That may be true, Didn't remember all the "fine print" for full and half step modes or which one Max NC used.

Thanks, Chip

Hi, Art

Seems faster, Yellow overhang marker values agree now, Tool's seem better also, Thanks.

Still getting the File Open Error hear, Are you not having the same Problem. ?

If you don't create a 0 k Blank file and over write an existing file, It dose not over write the previous content completely and the file just get's bigger & bigger.

It's just a Paine ..........

Thanks, Chip

Hi, Julian

On the Diagnostic screen, Is the Pulse Frequency value Locked in as in the pic. below or dose it change value with mouse movment. ?

If the value isen't locked in at a value close to your set kernil speed you need to revue and optimize Window's some.

Located hear  http://www.machsupport.com/downloads.php  Bottom of Page.

LazyCam (Beta) / Re: Pocketing not working
« on: December 15, 2008, 12:19:11 AM »
Hi, Guy's

I've posted hundred's of post's and still use it, LazyCam hasn't been worked on for over 1 1/2 year's.

Hopping that now that changes in Mach3 has slowed down some that some work will be done on it.

So as work on LazyTurn progresses and the plan is to integrate it into LazyCam, At some point fixes-es may Happen.

Thanks, Chip

General Mach Discussion / Re: MaxNC 10 on Waveform - No Y-axis movement

Hi, David, Rich

I'm Thinking:

Max NC uses ether Quadrature or Rollover (Wave) on Most of there Drives, If Stepper, Max NC 10 "Checked" on Config, Ports & Pins Page.

Then It's as follows, Port's and Pin's settings have No Affect on the settings Just Motor Tuning Settings for the most part.

You may need to Re-Wire some Pin's to check it out/get it Working.

"Z" axis pin's 2,3,4,5,
"X" axis pin's 6,7,8,9,
"Y" axis pin's 1,14,16,17,

It uses all the output pin's so I don't think it has an Enable pin from Mach3.

In Config, Ports & Pins, Output's Page, No pin's selected.

In Config, Motor Tuning, Set Step & Dir. Pulse's to 5

Then Continue with Motor Tuning and Such.....

SEQUENCE For Z Pin's

Z | 2 | 3 | 4 | 5 | Pin's

A | 1 | 0 | 0 | 0
B | 0 | 1 | 0 | 0
C | 0 | 0 | 1 | 0
D | 0 | 0 | 0 | 1

SEQUENCE One Dir. A,B,C,D,A,B,C..... or Other Dir. D,C,B,A,D,C,B......

Let us Know, Hope this Helps get you Going.

Hi, Art

Tool settings shone in these 3 Pic's seem pretty Good. !!

Within each Group there are some strange results though, Some of the setting values seem inch/mm crossed up or Something.

WOW, Very Nice Art, Thanks, For all the hard work.

Hears a dxf of the King with 2 final passes and 1 rough pass, If you missed it bottom of page 47. "  King_Master_Tap_Test_3.tap ".

Just off in the Oz-Zone Hear Working, Chip
