Hi, Giordano

It's the standard 1024 screen set, I used a copy of it and "Screen4" to move the led's around and added items I wanted.

Hears 2 work-in  progress Screen set's I'm working to help "Mostly" new Users figure out what "Mode" Mach is in, 1 for Mill, 1 for Lathe, Both have a pop-out lathe Pendent at this point, You need to install the bitmaps in C:\Mach3\Bitmaps\Millbitmaps folder.

Have Fun, Chip

General Mach Discussion / Re: Problems threading on the lathe
« on: June 24, 2009, 09:06:32 PM »
Hi, Art

Hears a 2 inch long 1/2 X 20 thread picture, It's done on my Comp 5 lathe, Using Printer Port, 100 slot Timing and 1 slot Index.

The nut I tested with is a MIL Spec. MS aircraft quality castle style nut .570 long and it will run the full length without binding.

Chuck end is on left, Looking from right to left, First .500 thou of thread is real nice then it start's to lose thread profile width. The root of the thread seems to widen/wonder which reduces the thread profile, Peak's diminish and the nut will wobble.

I think the Z feed is slowing a little to much or over correcting some.

Hi, Arturo

It appears that if you enter a 0 then - into both Feed & Plunge Rate's for a tool and send it to All Layers, You'll get one Feed Rate at the top of the G-code File.

If that doesn't do what you need, Theirs an option to create your own Post, It's not very well documented, Hear are 3 files that give you the general discription.

Hi, Gilletttom

Try deleting your LazyCam.xml file then run LazyCam and give it a another try, The xml should be in C:\Mach3 folder if you have a standard install.

Post another dxf file hear, As your other one was bad that you posted.

Hi, Gilletttom

Are you using the "Default" Post as in the picture below, That's what I posted the code with.
