Hi, Steve

Looked at your new pic's, Your stepper Driver Box's are step & direction and there opto isolated as well which is good.

As far as the Pendant goes I think I have a solution you could use to simplify the issues you have.

Thanks, Chip

Hi, Steve

Your stepper motor's are 5 wire Unipolar Type, Gecko's use Bipolar Type, 4, 6, or 8 wire  Motor's.

Look on your motor driver board/box's and see if it has a diag similar to this picture below, They do make some step/dir boxes, But I couldn't find the part # you listed.

Hears a pic of the stepper diminutions for your motors also.

General Mach Discussion / Re: Steps per in Motor tuning
« on: July 06, 2009, 10:29:59 PM »
Hi, Drools

Your Max feed rate is set in Motor Tuning "Velocity" setting, It's used with G00 moves, The "F" value in your G code set's the feed-rate and remains constant for all other move's untill it's value is changed.

So it sounds as though your Velocity value need's to be reduced,  Use g00 moves to set it Up.

Also in Motor Tuning  "Acceleration",{Deceleration} play's a factor, Think of it as the speed your stepper's can start from a stopped condition and reach the max Velocity or decelerate from Max Vel., Without loosing step's.

In Config, General Configuration you can set a default F speed for Start up.

Hi, Rich

I was able to see the problem on both Lset files, But with one Clean & Optomize buttons use and setting Cut depth and Set Layer & Set to All Layers it posted the G code fine hear.

You can have Multi Layers and use Clean & Opto also.

This is with my Lcam Lic. turned OFF, Hears a file with your outer cut's deeper.
