Hear is the view, Cut should follow tooth line.

During feed hold it finds proper position, on restart position is sometimes off.

In the G-code below A axis view is backwards to actual cut path view when running.

Been this way for a while.

Settings Dia A set to 0.5

See below, loaded it in turbocad , Exploded it then Group it under Format, resaved it as DXF

Loaded & posted with LazyCam.

Can you export your file from Turbocad as DXF, Dose it then work in LazyCam ?

Have try-ed Corel myself, with problems also.

NCPLOT will convert gcode to dxf and save it, cant rember the format I think its Funuk code.

It has a free 60 trial time, nice program, do a web search.

Should work, so many to chose from, there are so many ways to set it up the steppers.

You just need to read the Manual and look at allot of posts to compare your machine with others out there.

No one Machine can use All............ of Mach's Features.

I figured out the problem on the (Gcode) Posting Options page change the PreAmble to Post code Output Window to look like this,

G90
G80 G40

This is a reported problem, just not fixed yet, cant have G90 and aG91.1 on the same line.

Dose the same thing Hear.

Hear is the LC File its set to 10 in min .5 Z depth, give it a try, you can edit the speeds and depth.look.

The ver of Mach2 i'am using is 2.0.031 hear, Optimise, 10% and Remove Duplicated Lines  checked.

I think its stand-alone, haven't checked it out in a while, I now it likes to be in a folder named Mach3 though.

Needs Win2000 or XP to run.
