1. Duplicate. line in lower left Square is missed by old and new LC, with Remove Redundant lines Checked or Un-Checked, Load Options.

2. Dots are missed in Layer_3_ Dot, with Remove Dots Checked or Un-Checked Load Options, or with Layer Enabled Checker, Old ver Worked.

Jumped the gun hear Previous Post, "The problem of moving origin with mouse is working fine with new Ver., Never could get it to work hear with Prev. Versions".

3. What I find is If I load the Attached file and don't zoom in on the Origin Marker first and Move it, LC errors to Windows error report.

Once I've moved it and double click to default size window it seems to work fine from then on, Sofar.

I have the same version of Visual Studio you use, If I could get some partial source code, New or Old that covers this type of Origin move and  a little guidence from someone maybe we could track this problem down and be done with it.

I've reported this before with Debug of program with EXE file but its in Assembly code, Guess this is hard to work with,

I have the time and computer with this problem, Would like to help on this if you have a way, This problem is causing a few others problems also.

Another Great Advance In New LC, This is So-----Nice.

Thanks, Chip

Hi, Deleteallusers

If you've set your Steps Per , Vel. and Acc. in Motor Tuning for 1 unit of measure, Whether Inch or MM, Then your fine.

Load Road-Runner, To the right of your DRO's (Program Run screen) you'll find Scale, Set at +1.000, Click on the +1.0000 and enter 0.25,

Enter for each Axis as needed X, Y, for sure , This will scale the road-runner by 1/4 size, if it doesn't, Scale it down more,

Most all G-code files you create will / should be sized to fit on your table.

Hope this Helps, Chip

Hi, Flipz01

In the the default Mach3 install, Outputs 1, 2, are set to Spindle Cont. CCW (M4) & CW (M3), & Flood Mist Cont, 3, 4, Flood (M8) & Mist (M7) Cont.

You can add / create a Button with Screen4 to your 1024.set.

Make a copy of it First so you have the original to rename if needed.

I posted a 1024 screen set below that has some buttons lower right of screen and a Cut screen to work on / look at.

The Enable 6 button will turn Enable 6 on and off after Reset turns it on to start with.

Use Screen4 to add buttons and mutch more, When you open it up reduce the size of the add items window and click on the None button (It opens up with add items if you don't you'll probably add items with out knowing.

After creating the buttons and saving, Run Mach 3, Under Operator tab, Click on Edit Button Script, All the buttons will flash, Click on the button you

Created, Copy the code below in the window, change the # 7 to the Output # you want and save / Close the window.

If IsOutputActive( OUTPUT7 ) Then
   DeActivateSignal( OUTPUT7 )
Else
   ActivateSignal( OUTPUT7)
End If

Can you say learning curve, Just a start.

Hope this Helps, Chip

Hi, Dennis

Hears the .lset I'm working on (copy it to C:\mach3\)  and 4 Jpg's that need to be copied into your C:\Mach3\bitmap\millBitmaps\ for Lathe buttons.

Run Mach3Turn, View, select, new 1024 chip lathe B.lset

I've figured out what the problem is with your lathe, Call me in the morning.

Thanks, Chip

PS: I had to Zip them to post no .lset allowed, put them in a temp folder to un-zip.

General Mach Discussion / Re: Output signal trouble with flood relays.
« on: April 30, 2007, 03:48:25 PM »
Hi, Glen

No, It is only pulsing the led on the screen.

No, It will be in a solid state, High or low depending how you set the setting in Config, Ports & Pins, Output's, (Active Hi or Low).

If it is a 5volt trigger it will. (Most solid state relays are 3 - 30 volts).

M8 turns on flood, M9 turns it off.

Hope this clears the Air(Flood), Chip

Hi, Ecm

Post your HPGL & Tap files, will look at it.

In LazyCam, Bottom right, Under Selected Layer, The  PassDepth (1.000) needs to be larger than CutDepth (-0.500) or Lcam will generate multi-cut path's.

If you have a center mouse wheel, Press it down in LC screen and move it you'll se the cut depth or multi-cut's.

Maybe that's It, Chip
