Hi, Piet

Try adding the below file to your c:\Mach3 folder, I've been unable to dup. your problem, Loads and offsets hear fine.

It needs to be Un-Zipped, DLL not in upload Extents.

Let me now if this Helps, Chip

Hi, Tmsmith

Change the state for Pin 17 to "X or Check" first, Apply Gnd. or +5 volts to pin 17 to see if it functions.

Thanks, Chip

Hi, Bill

Gnd and 5 volts, Set up Config, Ports & Pins, Encoder/MPG's, Enable "MPG 1", Assign Ports and Pick Pin #'s for A & B inputs.

Your encoder count may be high, But you can use counts/unit to adjust it, Anyway it's a start, The 5th wire is probably "I" index not used.

Tab Key, Jog Mode select MPG, Alt A select Axis.

Hope this Helps, Chip

Hi, Stirling

I posted this in the wrong post yesterday, You may have already seen it.

Not knowing how your Magnetic sensors are wired, Thy may still be floating a low or high signal that close, Try adding a 2000 ohm resistor to there output to

Gnd. or +5 volts holding them hi or lo, Until a stronger signal pull them full on or off.

Using some Prox switches hear, There Opto Isolated and have a Pull down resistor on the switch side.

Hope this Helps, Chip
