Hi, Edmond

I looked at one of your backup xml files there were no Config, ports & pins, Motor Output settings at all.

Post your pin assignments for your stepper board, I'll set up a basic xml for you.

Getting way late hear, Chip

Hi, Manoj

In config, ports & pins, motor outputs, change the "Direction Active Low" to opposite State.

If your motors run backwards, Config, Home & limits, Change the "Reversed", State.

Hope this Helps, Chip

Hi, Wayne

Have you looked at the MDI Input line and the MPG window, It pop's up with "ALT" key.

Converted a IR water jet 5' X10' z 22" , Fanuc control to Mach3, Using a wireless key board and mouse.

If your working in Inc G91 then MDI G00 x10 y10 will move you around or add 4 button's to screen's and mpg pop out window.

Hard wire jog pendant, Config Mach to read switch position's and carryout moves.

There are many options, simple or complex.

Just some Thought's, Chip

Hi, Edmond

Post your Mach3Mill.xml file, It's in your c:\Mach3 folder, Use the Reply Button lower right to Attach it, You'll need to make a copy of it and rename the copy

to EdmondMach3

Dose your Z Axis just move in one direction on it's own ?

Thanks, Chip

Hi, Edmond

Are you saying it's lousing step's or moving without any command's ?

Is the Z problem both in up and down ?

Have you tried changing Config, Motor Tuning, "Step/Dir Pulse's" from 0 to 5 ?

Are the stepper control's all the same and set the same in Config, Port's & Pins, Motor Output's, "Dir/Step LowActives" ?

If not, Reversing an axis direction should be done in Config, Homeing & Limit's

Hope this Helps, Chip
