Hi, Guys

Have a CHNC1, It's +-10 volts servo amp. So ether a +-10 volt to Step/Dir board, Used Rutex 991's on last servo Machine, Guess there hard to get now, Or a S/D servo amp.

Probably Use "Brain Control" for all the relay's, Jog Wheel should be straight forward.

Just haven't had time to look at it, To far down the List rite now.

Not much Help, Chip

Hi, David

 -1.9005 , 0.3834 , 2.9396
 -1.8850 , 0.3851 , 2.9465
 -1.8732 , 0.3849 , 2.9456
 -1.0162 , 0.8038 , 4.7026

Hopefully later it will load  X -1.0162 , Y  0.8038 , Z 4.7026  That Mach can generate also.

The viewer sorta takes over all my Txt files as Point Cloud's.

Hope this Helps, Chip

Hi, Al

In Ports & pins, Motor Outputs, Did you miss the Port settings to the far right.

Is Ports & pins, Is the port#1 set to 0x378 default, May be a different address ?

Thanks, Chip

General Mach Discussion / Re: Entering HotKey numbers
« on: November 25, 2007, 02:43:15 PM »
Hi, Dikkieduk

Look at Config, "System Hotkeys", Enter Trigger#, Then OemCode for "Start", Then in Ports & Pins, Inputs, Trigger# set to port and pin.

You could use Brain's, Operator, "Brain Editor" to do it, Configure an input in Ports & Pins, Input # to your external button.

Then Brain Editor, Look at the video's on Brain's Above under "Tutorials".

Describe your setup a little more, Well help if needed.

Many ways to do it, Let US now.

Thanks, Chip

Hi, Phil_H

Have you tried Dir & Step Low Active to "Checked", Some Controls are sensitive to leading and trailing pulse''s.

If you change it then you'll need to change in Config, Home & limits, Reversed coll um's around for correct axis Direction.

Backlash should  not be cumulative.

Hope this Helps, Chip
