Hi, Lar45

"I'm almost thinking that this might be because of the slow CPU, 450"

You will have better results with CPU of 1000 or more, Mach has allot of things going on in the background.

Try to find another computer to compare it with.

Thanks, Chip

Hi, Overloaded

How can I change the settings for this type of button ? "Hold down the "Shift Key" then Dbl-click on the Button", You can have them display on all screens also (check Box).

What is the hot-key ? It's a single or Shift,Ctrl, Alt, + single Key on the keyboard, When you check "Use Hot Key" Press the key bord key you want to use,

Many are other Functions in Mach, Be careful !!.

Thanks, Chip

Hi, Dustin

Looks like your "Steps Per" inch in motor tuning are Off, a few to many.

That will do it every time, Don't now why it's inconsistent though.

Hi, Luis

The Active Low/High settings in Config, Ports & Pins shouldn't be used to reverse directions, It's for setting rising & falling pulses (some stepper controls are sensitive to this)

Reversing should be done in Config, Home & Limits, Z up is +, Left fwd corner of your table should be 0,0 spindle to the front left of table.

Then X,Y are Positive Spindle moves right and back of your table. (most set them that way)

Maybe I'm missing something hear ?

Thanks, Chip

Hi, Overloaded

You can modify your screen.lset as needed to swap screens.

Hears a modified "mill" screen lset with a lathe "Tab" pop-out jog MPG to look at, Nothing fancy.

Thanks, Chip

Hi, Overloaded

I remember when it was active some time back, It didn't rotate very much at all though.

Thanks, Chip

Hi, Josh

Started to explain then decided to post the screen.set.

It's under Downloads, Mach Releases Above, Download "Screen 4".

You can make a copy of your screen.set and try it out, modifying/change your screens.

Thanks, Chip
