Hi, Omega_Sam

If this is what's happening, "It is spinning normal one second then continues to spin but not turn the screw."

Probably a lose "set screw" in the Y axis drive train, Are you sure it's servos and not steppers. ?

What's the PN on the Gecko's

If it's steppers, Then reduce your Velocity in motor tuning.

Hope this Helps, Chip.

Hi, RC

Been tied up hear a couple day's

I've looked at it some, You need to make 2 sep. DXF files, 1 outer, 1 inner.

Made a Master dxf, Then an Outer & Inner dxf, See below.

The outer post's, But the first cut is too big, The inner doesn't post, I can get a profile though.

Load ether Inner or Outer, Clean, Optimize, Move the marker from bottom left to bottom right, then use the post at top,

I think it will give you the profile Without the Pro License, Should be close I hope.

LazyCam Turn still needs Work, Who nows when that will happen.

Thanks, Chip

Hi, Brian

After looking at this further, Look ahead above 2 can cause G0 Feed-hold/Cycle Start Issues  Position Loss.

Seems to skip cuts or double cut them. Hears a picture with 3 in look-ahead

Thanks, Chip

Hi, All

Mach3R3.01 is on line, It Has a couple of Issue's.

Wait till tomorrow, When this Msg. is Deleted or Edited to download.

Yahoo mach1mach2cnc group is down at the moment, Posted some info for Brian just before it went down.

In the install location has a space between the C:\Mach 3 should be C:\Mach3.

I now in the past there has been a install path C:\Mach3R183.##.... that had to be edited to Mach3 sometimes.

Mach3R3.01 has a fix for a feedhold problem, There seems to be an Issue with position after a feed hold In G0 move,

It's losing position on next Cycle Start.

Thanks, Chip

Hi, Dave

Could you post your xml file, It's located in your C:Mach3 folder/subdirectory, It will have the same name as the file you load for your setup.

Common name would be Mach3Mill.xml, Use the REPLY button then Attach.

Make a copy of it, Then rename the copy to Dave Mach3Mill

Where do you live, Sent you a PM, Top of this screen by your name, you have # messages, 1 are new.

Thanks, Chip

Sorry for the Hummer, Just one of those days.

There is no other way other than a 3/button mouse, Saw them for $14.00 at Office Supply store, On the wed maybe cheaper.

Thanks, Chip
