Hi, Ymsio

I think Art is the only one that could make it a standalone program.

You could install ver 184 without driver and rename the Mach3.exe to Mach3V184, Then reinstall the current ver your running, Then do your dxf's in 184 and run them in your current version.

Hi, Britishrich

You need to click on the chain on the left and drag it to the top or wherever you want it, See pic.

Hi, Rooney

Sent you a PM message, Download this printer port tester software, see pic and we can do some testing with it.

In ports & pins set mach to Sherline 1/2 step mode, Apply, OK, Then setup the pp monitor per pic 3 & 4.

You should be able to see the pin led's flash and change State if it's working by holding the direction keys down in cont jog mode.

Hi, Ray

You could also offset your line's in your Cad, 1/2 cutter width wider and delete the original line's.

Which ever is easier for you, Cad or G code.

Hi, Dave

TP is on the money it's the next 2 thing's I'd try.

If your using the same type drives, Your "Active low's/high's" should All be ether "Checked" or "X's" and use "Reversed" in Home's & Limit's to change axis Direction's if needed.

Use "Sherline 1/2 step mode" will give you the longest "40 us" Pulse's to test with, (It gives your drives a longer pulse to see the state of change.

Hi, Dave

First thing to try is reduce the Z axis Acceleration & Velocity values some in Config, Motor Tuning.

Hi, Ymsio

I think it's built into mach3.184.000, I used ver 184 to generate pic below in ver MachR3.042.029 and it loaded.

Have you tried LazyCam, You should give it a try.

Hi, Mike

I added the do-button as Hood suggested and see what you were talking about clearer now.

Thanks, Hood.  :D

Hi, Mike

When your in Table Display mode and Regen it zoom's to the soft min/max size set in Homes & Limits, The only way to enlarge from there is to use the mouse center wheel to increase it's size by rolling it forever, Best I know.
