Hi, Don

If you don't have a Mach3 license, "MachLic.data-file" in C:\Mach3 folder, You'll only be able to run 500 lines of code.

Thanks, Chip

Hi, Bart

Don't now why it would act any different than your normal pc.

At the top of mach3 screen under Operator Tab, Click on the Auto Calculator, It will turn on a keypad when you want to enter numbers.

If you havent found the pop-out jog window, Hit the TAB Key to turn in on or off.

Hope this Helps, Chip

Hi, Tadd

I didn't pay attention to your second pic, LazyCam sometimes gets the in-outs backwards, Using LC 3.00.2 hear and in-outs are correct.

As long as the path is proper it should post it that way.

Thanks, Chip

Hi, Chris64

Can you give us a video of the Diagnostic page while your running the code ?

Have you run the driver test, C:\Mach3\ folder. ? Look for large spikes, May need to optimize windows some.

Is this computer dedicated to the mill. ?

Programs like QuickTime can cause un-stable pulses.

PM your Phone number if in US or do you have Skype.

Thanks, Chip

Hi, Brett

If you could make it just a little bigger the whole wild world could see it.

If you'd clean it up a little it'll probably work one more time, (electrical contact cleaner).

Chip

Edit: Color code is probably, Blk Gnd, Red Pos, White A, Blu B, Grn Sig Gnd maybe Index is there a index ring on the disk ?

I'll give you a call tomorrow.
