You have wrong polarity of step pulses.
Change the active state of Step polarity and swap wires on one phase of your stepper motor and try. :)

If you do not need galvanic isolation, you can use logic level MOSFETs instead of relays.

Do you have the same .xml file on your laptop as you have on work computer?

So, show us your script. Maybe it is not quite good.

Are you sure that V Carve Pro is the culprit?
Your G-code renders normally in Mach3, bCNC, ...

Well, I guess that there are some lines in the post processor that should be removed.
put this modified post processor in your %programdata%/vectric/..../PostP (or My_PostP) folder.
I commented the offending/un necessary lines.

It is not Mach, it is something in your machine, backlash perhaps.
BTW change your finishing strategy from Offset to Raster and at an angle of 45 degrees.

You should choose a post processor which does not generate ATC code, from top of my head Mach2/3_arc_mm or Mach2/3_arc_inch (I'm not near the computer that I have Aspire on)

First press RESET button
Second press REF ALL HOME
Third press GO TO ZERO  <-- Why this one? Machine is already at 0
fourth press zero x, zero y, and zero z (machine coordinates and work coordinates equal to zero )  <-- Why this one? X, Y and Z coordinates are already at 0
Five press SOFT LIMITS  <-- Here you should be checking if Soft limits are On or Off. Mach remembers state of soft limits (writes it to .xml file)

Download the .zip file, extract it to the convenient place, navigate to folder Wndows, then 32bit and execute Setup.exe
