From the photographs that I can find on web, your BOB only have relay output, nowhere to be seen at least an op-amp that converts PWM to 0-10V.

I usually have ethhed board, without drilling in much, much less time. Up to 200x300mm in max 2 hours, from the moment when I send a file to my frends that have photoplotter .

First of all, contact your seller to provide you the support for hardware that you bought. When it comes to Mach people on the forum will try to help you.
This forum is NOT for providing tech support for chinese machines.
Your controller should have a name. You should be supplied with plugin for the board as well as the manual how to set it up.

Did you home your machine? Did you zero X and Y to your work coordinates?
In Mach3 it looks OK. But if you did not home your machine and zero X and Y to your work coordinates, how coudd Mach know where is your stock located.
