In the attached archive is settings with brains that work on my computer.
Due to the parts that I had "on hand" OemTrigger#7 is actually a switch on low cost encoder that is used to switch Jogging On/Off.

Green- 2 pin ( mpg A+)
White- 3 pin ( mpg B+ )
Config -> Ports&Pins -> Encoder/MPS -> MPG1 Enabled | A-Port = 2 | A-Pin = 2 | B-Port = 2 | B-Pin = 3

Green&black- 1 pin ( jog on led +5v )
White&black- gnd ( jog on led gnd)

this is only the led, we will take care later

Yellow- 4 pin ( select x axis )
Config -> Ports&Pins -> Input Signal -> OEMTrigger#1 Enabled | Port = 2 | Pin = 4
System Hotkeys -> Trigger#1 OEM Code = 259

Yellow&black- 5 pin ( select y axis )
Config -> Ports&Pins -> Input Signal -> OEMTrigger#2 Enabled | Port = 2 | Pin = 5

Orange- 10pin ( x100 )
Config -> Ports&Pins -> Input Signal -> OEMTrigger#1 Enabled | Port = 2 | Pin = 10
System Hotkeys -> Trigger#1 OEM Code = 267

Orange&black- +5v ( com for selector )
this is wrong, Needs to be connected to GND

Same OEMTrigger on different pins :D
I know, it is a Copy/Paste common error :D :D :D

GND from outside source and GND of your Parallel port should be connected or your encoder outputs will be referenced to what?

Which Chinese BOB?
If it is kind of 5 axis BOB with one relay, your PWM is on pin 1 of Parallel Port. Pin 17 is relay control for Spindle On/Off

Don,
download Kaspersky Rescue Disk: https://support.kaspersky.com/viruses/krd18 , create bootable USB flash and boot your infected computer from it. The infected computer should be connected to Internet for krd to be able to download latest virus signatures and start scanning.
Krd runs Linux and it will clean your machine.

After that, you should install some good antivirus software before you connect to internet. I would suggest you ESET NOD32: https://www.eset.com/us/

Another thing: your computer which is dedicated for CNC machine, should NEVER be connected to Internet. It can be connected to your local LAN and set only one folder as shared where you can save your jobs that you will run on your CNC. Windows update turned off, and no antivirus software installed.

BTW, when it pours, use one of these: https://bluntumbrellas.co.nz/collections/umbrellas :D

Like older audio equipment (cca 20-30 years old) , older motherboards are in need for recaping (changing electrolytic capacitors). I have an old IBM Pentium II/III motherboard still in working condition.

Are you beeing charged for copying data from old HDD?

First, you have to define OEM triggerrs in Settings/Ports and Pins, i.e. where your switches are connected.
Also you have to define where your encoder is connected
In the brain that I posted as image, I used to use el-cheapo encoder with integrated push button which was used to toggle Jog On/Off to be able to select and jog an axis at the predetermined distance-per-click.

That brain was used years ago, the pendant was sorta diy from acrylic and was made just for fun :)

You will need some "brains".

You mean .xml file :)
In C:/Mach3 folder (directory).

If you have separate home switches, your soft limits will work.
But if you use limit switches also for homing you can forget about soft limits, they will not be active.
