Are you aware that Mach3 development ceased 6 years ago?
No bug fixes anymore. No ANY improvements anymore.

You have to learn to live with its quirks and workarounds, or change the machine controlling software.

It simulates normally.
Two passes over same geometry at 0.0625 and 0.125 depth.
Could not find any errors in your code.

I had similar problem and reinstalling Mach3 fixed it.
Try, it cost nothing.
All of your data will be there as the reinstall does not delete any of your settings, macros, screen sets, ...

Config -> Ports & Pins -> Input Signals
Check the state of Probe input. If needed, check Active Low to reverse behavior of your probe.

Settings/Ports & Pins/Input Signals...
Change the state of Probe pin (if Unchecked Active Low check it, and vice versa).

Well, your laser, if it is blue/violet one, needs 12V supply and PWM for power regulation.
12V from a dedicated power supply, PWM signal from your controller.

If your board has PWM output, connecting laser should be easy.

Which controller are you using?
As tps wrote, some *********ography please :D

The easiest way is to use 2 (two) touch plates. One movable for setting first tool on top of your material and one atfixed position to measure each subsequent tool when you don't have the same Z0 level due to first carving.
All of that can be found in Big-Tex tool setter screen set.
Search this forum, I've posted a link for download.
