i likes its scaling feature.and it would be much better if we could control the z depth separately.
i used custom scale as 10,so my X-Y values become 10 times larger and also made Z depth to 10 times.

iam not very good with understand the coding.

so the above script when called imean M3 or M4,it will active the particular pin and want for 1000ms then again it get turn off instead of using M5
right?
and what is while ismoving() and sleep100 for?

General Mach Discussion / mach3 Gear DC motor control.

hello all,
Iam working on a small hobby robotic arm.
where aim using 3 steppers and 2 small dc gear motors.
in these DC motors,one for rotation and other for closing the gripper.as i don't need much accuracy,i will run these DC motors based on time(using g04).
so how do we do it using mach3.i can assign 2 outputs for each motors,to interchange the polarities for CW and CCW motion.
so to enable these outputs,do i need to work on macros.
over all i need to control 4 outputs using M-Codes.

nice info in this thread.
iam also planning for such china router for my wood work.so before that i want to know exactly what lies in side that 50 pin controller(dsp pendent).if some thing goes wrong will we be able to repair it?
if any one have its circuit layout pls share with us.
as per my guess there shld be a PIC or AVR inside that controller.so how doest it do linear interpolation nd circular interpolations etc.and ofcourse acceleration and de-acceleration calculations too.

iam more worried abt the DSP than the drivers of interface board.

Need some desperate help here

the screen is quite good.i would like to have a copy of it to try on my 17'' touch screen system.and i have seen such analog ramp up type of display in mach3 ultimate screen(from mach motion).
and if possible create one particular screen for only jog buttons and functions with big keys.such page is very helpful for touch screen users.
