the keyboard sample isn't a popup window, it's a screenset page . Just put the keyboard part of the sample to your screenset page and adapt it to your needs.

About your issue "BS resetting Mach3".
To turn off BS resetting Mach3 do the following:

start Mach3 with your profile VRNIKA
use menu Config -> Ports and Pins -> Input Signals
scroll down to EStop
click the Hotkey field in the EStop line
click top right button X to close window. This will remove the BS value

About your resolution issue
the screenset 1024.set has a display ratio of 4 : 3. If you are using a monitor with a ratio of 16 : 9 Mach3 stretches the dimensions to fill the screen. This will result in a loss of X and Y relation. If want to keep the ratio you can use MachScreen V1.68
use menu Options -> Resize Page
click Select All
select User defined of Page Size
specify Pixel hor and Pixel Vert
click OK
save the screen

About your screen size issue. Did you try Mach3's config menu -> General Config "Auto Screen Enlarge"? Don't forget to reload the screen after changing Mach3's window size.

As far as I know uses the screenset 1024.set ESC for reset. Did you change any hotkey settings?

if you are using MachScreen as your screendesigner, select the LED and enter your ID in the OEM-Code line of the property dialog.

Hello,

Today I’ve released MachScreen V1.68
Occasionally I get questions how certain tasks can be solved with MachScreen. I think releasing new version V1.68 is a good opportunity to show some features which were added in the recent releases.
-   Menu View -> User defined LED’s,   user defined Button’s   user defined DRO’s.
These operations show the “Function number”, attributes, calling page and position. This could be useful to prevent for using the same number for different controls

-   Menu Options -> show / save scripts. This Operation collects all scripts of the screenset and show them and if needed, save them to a file. This could be useful for copying and pasting scripts from one screenset to another.

-   Menu Options -> Resize Page. This operation changes the size of all or individual pages. This operation could be useful if a screenset with large pages should be changed on a small monitor with low resolution.
