Stepper is 200 steps / rev
Sherline Table is 72 rev / 360 deg in one rev

200 steps/rev x 72 rev/ 360 deg= 14400 steps / 360 degrees
So that's 40 steps  / degree   and if microstepping -10
40 steps / deg  x 10 = 400 steps / degree  


Then for velocity try 2400 and an accel of 200 and see if it skips, if it does lower them.

About time you get to play around some. It is rather unique and i like it.
Don't know much about clock's so only one question.
Where is the coo-coo ? In Lithuiania we mount then on the counter weight.

You may be able to bypass their board and use the PP output to their drivers but,,,,,,you willl void any warranty you have. Their program is DOS based and that goes back a long time ago, and, i doubt very much it has the capability of MACH . Additioinaly in the info that i scanned it says / or implies that ouput via Windows  caused motor problems. I would have pushed to get my money back with a crap answer like that from them. Don't know what else to say.

Try changing your index debounce, i use a value of 10.
Have not tried the latest versions yet / still using .030.

I just quickly scanned through the manual.
First ask the manufacturer for the info on how to use their controller for Mach2 since they say it is compatable with it. There is a card internal to the controller box and not sure how that directs the signals from the PC to the motor drives / what influence a windows based system will have on it ( i think i read that if using their sofware it must be run using DOS . I can quess a few things but it is better that you get specific info from the manufacturer.

Ask them this:
How do i properly interface Mach2, which is a windows based program, to their controller? Are there any settings which you should be concerned with? ( ie; pulse width ) If they "mumble mouth" you / not showing support for their
product, get your money back! I know nothing about the quality of their motor drives.

Save your drawings as a version 12 DXF. I don't know anything about or use "eDrawing".
Post one of your DXF files. You can find info on DXF file exports in Appendix "C" of the Lazytrun Manual located in Members Docs.

May be wrong in what i reply but here it is.
The PC should be dedicated to Mach and the machine it is running. You will notice that the driver is loaded when Mach is opened. Should not be running anything other than Mach when machining.You can't have two installations of Mach running at the same time.  This is not a Mach problem as i see it and you should ask the other provider of the software how their driver affects other programs in a Windows.
