Only in LazyCam where you can define a clamp and the generated code will provide for missing it, but, not scanning it , so FWIW....

Reinstall Mach and LC. Make sure you do a complete install. ( ie; if you install LC seperately after you have installed Mach, it will not post directly to Mach.)
Also remember that you need to start LC from within Mach if you want LC to post directly to MACH. It should however post to a file and to the directory defined in LC if you installed LC post Mach.

If you have backlash you will "egg" instead of a true cirlcle. I use backlash comp on the mill and it works well. Now i would suggest that you experiment some to find just what your machne will do. This way you can cut under or over and use finish cuts to get the od or  id very close to dimension.

Did you really mean " .5" off...........?

I didn't try out Mach ( darn good idea though ) as i got a "unconditional guarentee" that the PC would work.
That guarentee was, that they would replaced and try different part combinations until i was satisfied and at no cost to me.
So if they replaced the motherboard with a more expensive one, i would only pay motherboard cost difference.

The code looks fine. When you zoom in on the cricle you will see it segmented and doesn't affect the actual cutting.
Like Tweakie said the X and Y are moving in small straight lines, but......
How close to a perfect circle you can cut is dependant on your machines systems components. The better the resolution,
lead screw quality, micro stepping all come into play.

I will remark that you should set rpm  at a desired / fixed rpm manualy when threading.
The PWM will cause problems as it fights Mach Turns ability to vary the feedrate with a change in rpm.
